Scope
  • Ensure all Collaboration and Infrastructure services to the customer are simple, user-friendly and effective while minimizing cost to the business.
  • The role is accountable for all client-facing Infrastructure core services. This includes Microsoft Enterprise services (Active Directory), Office 365 services, Azure AD, Intune and Single Sign On.
  • Escalation points for troubleshooting and problem management for tickets escalated from the Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escalation point for troubleshooting and problem management for tickets escalated from the Service Desk.
  • Ensure that all tasks are documented, and project focus maintained in accordance with departmental instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Responsibility for ensuring that performance of the client facing systems is continuously monitored, measured and reviewed to prevent future issues.

Education and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or a related field required.
  • Bachelors is preferred but not required. Major focus is on O365 administration.
  • Azure Active Directory
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in information technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on organizational objectives.
  • Involvement in creating technology solutions to solve business problems across multiple divisions or regions.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding the operations and business process of life sciences Business Client Groups and Backoffice supporting functions
  • Demonstrated experience ITIL framework
