Compensation OverviewThe annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$101,100.00 - $166,800.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?It's an exciting time to join Infrastructure and Cloud Services (ICS). ICS is committed to the success of our customers through a relentless focus on operational excellence, ensuring reliable and highly available systems and services, fueling, and enabling accelerated cloud adoption, and delivering advanced engineering solutions. The Infrastructure Delivery Director is responsible for methodology (e.g., hybrid, predictive, agile, etc.) practices, adoption, and enterprise alignment, infrastructure delivery tooling, standards, governance, training, reporting, metrics, and the continuous improvement of program and project management. The Work Arrangement for this position is based on location.What Will You Do?The Infrastructure Delivery Director works with ICS Infrastructure Delivery leadership and ICS program and project managers to:- Increase consistency and quality of infrastructure delivery
- Improve data integrity in project metrics and reports
- Define roles and responsibilities (e.g., program manager, project manager, etc.)
- Streamline cross-functional team collaboration & engagement models
- Solicit feedback and facilitate dialog through forums, lunch and learns, etc.
- Optimize methodologies, standards, and guidelines
- Governance - audits, compliance, program & project methodology, processes (intake, execution, closure, etc.), standards, guidelines, and templates
- Reporting - KPIs, objectives and key results, recurring reports
- Tooling - strategy, selection, and administration (e.g., QlikSense, Power Automate, ServiceNow SPM, Jira, SharePoint, etc.)
- Training - strategic roadmap, delivery, KPIs, onboarding, training paths, socializing new tools & processes
- Responsible for weekly reporting and automation of activities to improve quality of execution
- Drives and provides oversight/review of quarterly updates of Milestones and Key Results
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 7 years of project management experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in a methodology role supporting a matrixed shared services organization with multiple delivery methodologies, including hybrid agile delivery, predictive / traditional project management methodologies, agile, Kanban and Scrum
- Experience leading team training on methodologies, disciplines, and best practices
- A strategic mindset.
- Proven analytical skills and experience making data driven decisions.
- Experience identifying, creating, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Jira, and frontend SharePoint administration experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years of project management experience required.
