Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or 2+ years of experience in a sales-related or customer service role
Proven ability to resolve customer concerns and support overall customer satisfaction
Knowledge of the steel or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with forecasting, cold calling, prospecting, and sales strategy development
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience working with Oracle-based EPM systems
Willingness to travel occasionally
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing support
Process customer orders, manage available inventory, and coordinate shipment dispatch
Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules
Maintain pricing accuracy and approve billing transactions
Support sales initiatives and objectives established by the Sales Manager and leadership team
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency
Promote and uphold all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
