If you wish to further develop your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations we are looking for a new Service Desk Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join our IT team. Your Role You will provide enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, interface with development on product issues, and contribute to projects. Also, you will handle difficult, complex tasks that will be delegated to you by support agents. Your Responsibilities

  • You will field incoming help requests from end-users, supporting them through telephone and email.
  • You will resolve problems in response to customer/system reported incidents with trouble tickets.
  • You will prepare error diagnostics and detailed problem descriptions for escalation and handover.
  • You will improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establish and communicate service metrics; monitor and analyze results; implement changes.
  • You will assisting in new technical improvement projects.
  • You will undertake and participate in development activities with the other IT departments.
  • You will report to the IT help desk manager.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • You will have1+ years of practical operational, support experience.
  • You will be an investigative problem-solver, using existing / new technologies to discover customer, partner or stakeholder issues.
  • You will be a customer-focused, big-picture thinker who has good presentation skills and can work with tight timelines.
  • You will interact with different countries, cultures, clients (internal and external).
  • You might have experience in logistics- or transport business.
