Lead Installer - Granite Countertop

Position Summary

We currently have an opening for a Senior Lead Installer experienced in working with marble, granite, natural stone, slate, porcelain, and engineered stone materials. This role is responsible for leading an installation team, ensuring best practices for installation and repairs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Installation Team: Provide guidance, training, and best practices for installing kitchen and bath countertops, tub decks, fireplaces, and other related products.

Field Measurements & Fabrication: Conduct accurate field measurements for secondary fabrication; perform field fabrication tasks including adhesive color matching, seaming, and sink installation.

Quality Control & Repairs: Diagnose and repair any installation issues; ensure proper handling of materials to maintain product quality.

Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor; explain processes to customers; ensure the job site is clean and orderly post-installation.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Stone/Installation Expertise: 5+ years of experience in stone fabrication or installation (or a related field) is required.

Construction & Granite Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry and granite business is essential.

Hands-On Skills: Experience in hand fabrication of stone and granite is a plus; ability to work with quartz and quartzite is also desirable.

Leadership & Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Professionalism: Must maintain a professional demeanor, have a proven track record of reliability, and be drug-free.
