Licensed ClinicianLocation: Hartford, Connecticut Company Overview:Dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families. We are currently seeking a licensed clinician to join our team.Position Overview:The Licensed Clinician will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with mental health issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to client-centered care.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.

Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Engage with clients and their families to facilitate understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

Attend and participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions.

Stay informed about current developments in the field of mental health and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment.

Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients served.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Current and valid license to practice as a clinician in (State) (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist).

Proven experience in providing clinical services in a mental health setting.

Ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to social justice.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in specialty areas
