Caplan Realty is a small boutique real estate firm based in Westville, New Haven. We specialize in rentals/sales in our local community. We are looking for one or two solid real estate agents. We focus on giving owners/management/clients an honest and professional experience.

Our clients appreciate we are a small local firm. They know who they are talking to, and how we operate. We are looking for someone who values that.

We require the agent to be licensed, or willing to get licensed.

This is commission-based income.

We are looking for someone who wants to be full-time in real estate.

Being a small firm we are not looking to hire a lot of agents. Some firms have the business model of hiring as many agents as possible, and if all agents close a deal here or there, the people on top do well. That is not our model.

We want the few who work with us to have the opportunity to do well. We believe this is what sets us apart, and why managements, owners, and clients have good experience working with us.
