Maintenance technician needed

Detail oriented maintenance worker needed in New Haven and Bridgeport.

Job Requirements:

cleaning, painting, overall common area maintenance

Knowledge of basic plumbing, sinks toilets, diverters, drains.

Knowledge of basic electrical, outlets, bulbs, fixtures, fuses etc

Knowledge of basic carpentry repairs, hinges, doors, sheetrock, plaster, flooring etc.

Knowledge of basic roofing and gutters.

minor landscaping and snow removal process.

Must Have:

ability to work a 9-5 schedule

ability to lift 40 pounds

ability to work with the office staff as assigned

detail oriented- punctual-respectful-capable

must possess:

A van or pick-up truck- ( sorry no cars)

basic power tools

ability to climb a ladder

resume is helpful- prior experience is necessary.
