Job Description Primary responsibilities include recruitment for, coordination of and facilitation of the Human Service Training Program in Bridgeport, as well as liaison to the funding source representatives. The AHST Manager ensures that the individuals in the program have the academic and case management supports to successfully complete each phase of the training program. The AHST Manager is responsible for instruction, coordination of outside instructors, development of internship sites and internship placements, certifications, job development, job placement, and job retention. The AHST Manager will provide supervision to the AHST Job Developer. The AHST Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the Bridgeport program site. Requirements Must have own registered and insured vehicle for use during business hours. Shift Details: M-F- 8:30a-4:30pm (40 FT - Exempt/Flexible Scheduling Required) Benefits:
