Manager of Benefits

Description Greater Hartford client is in need of a Benefits Manager for a 3 month project. The Benefits Manager will help administer benefits to employees and work with providers. The Benefits Manager will focus on FMLA, Workers Compensation and 401k mostly.Requirements Proven experience in managing Benefit Functions Proficiency in Benefits Administration Familiarity with Worker's Compensation procedures and regulations In-depth understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and policies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using relevant software and applications for benefits management Exceptional knowledge of federal and state benefit regulations Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
