Manager, Studio Scheduling - NBC Sports

Responsibilities:  Oversee the hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports staff, daily hire and freelance technical personnel to work on studio and remote “at home” productions originating from our Stamford production facilityCoordinate with Technical Manager and Production Manager to obtain necessary information to create accurate crew sheets for studio and remote “at home” productionsHelp organize and create a personnel scheduling system for studio and remote “at home” productionsSupport Operations/Production in resolving last minute scheduling/crewing issuesProvide support to scheduling coordinators with the scheduling and payroll process for each eventManage internal personnel (SCORE) system, inclusive of initiating & monitoring onboarding process for new hiresAssist in the development and maintenance of the internal personnel system (SCORE)Anticipate and communicate issues to management team to resolve quicklyProactively address issues which arise during course of productionPerform other related duties as needed
