We have highly trained professionals in all four pillars, who make the clients journey their priority.With just over 20 years of experience throughout Connecticut and New York, we have successfully launched our first site in Naples, Florida. We are excited to continue growing and building upon our Massage and Wellness Team as a whole. We are seeking an individual with a passion for health and wellness, and a willingness to work within a team of individuals focused on impacting the lives of our clients in a positive way. Our Massage Therapists are expected to provide wellness solutions for our clients. Here at Performance, not only will you be helping others and working within a team, but you will continue to grow and learn personally and professionally. Performance Optimal Health provides top quality care to our clients, and we would not be able to do so without our highly trained team of individuals. Come join us on our journey!We are currently looking for a full-time Massage Therapist that can split their time between our Greenwich and New Canaan location, completing 20-25 massages per week.CornerstonesPerformance Optimal Health is driven by five main cornerstones that are ever present and inform all actions and decisions regarding how we scale, what direction our business takes, and how we conduct ourselves.

Key Areas of Ownership

Educate clients on how massage can benefit their overall optimal health and make recommendations to engage in other services to benefit their optimal health and to reach their health goals.

Responsible for completing Optimal Health Assessments for all new clients.

Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate and transcribe all information regarding client's history and massage therapy services performed.

Responsible for completing notes for all clients seen.

Communicate with fellow providers to ensure full circle, team approach to wellness and client care.

Communicate effectively with Wellness Operations and Site Leads

Tailor all treatment plans to client’s health conditions

Shadow on floor and work alongside Physical Therapists in down time.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate degree or certification equivalent.

Ability to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

Valid state license in Massage Therapy and accreditation by the Commission on Massage Therapy (COMPTA).

2+ years of experience as a massage therapist (preferred)

Ability to travel between several Performance locations with Fairfield County
