Hiring Mechanical Assemblers this upcoming week in Hartland, WisconsinJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Hartland, Wisconsin. In this role, you will work on an assembly line, utilizing hand and power tools to build various parts for trailers and other equipment. Each assembler is responsible for their own section, ensuring the parts are assembled correctly before passing it down the lineKey Responsibilities:

Assemble trailers using hand and power tools

Work on a designated section of the trailer, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate with team members to maintain the pace of the assembly line

Ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.

Shifts:1st shift, 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, OT on Friday2nd shift, 3:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Friday, OT would be an early startQualifications:Mechanically inclined with relevant experience (e.g., working on cars, previous mechanical assembly roles, or construction/home remodel work).Work Environment:

Standard manufacturing environment

Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and regular work jeans are required

Noise levels can be loud when certain tools are in use

Trailers are lightweight due to the use of aluminum

Must be comfortable working in a shop and team environment, as the assembly line relies on maintaining the pace.
