Medical Scheduler

Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Medical Scheduler, based in Bethany, Connecticut. This role focuses on scheduling caregivers, handling client complaints, working closely with Human Resources, and managing behind-the-scenes operations. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and requires proficiency in various skills such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Customer Service among others.Responsibilities: Manage and schedule caregivers efficiently to ensure client needs are met. Handle client complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure smooth operations. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy, and efficiency. Manage behind-the-scenes operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize EHR systems such as Cerner Technologies and MEDITECH effectively to maintain patient records and scheduling. Perform billing functions accurately and timely. Support Clinical Trial Operations as required. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
