Node.JS Developer (REMOTE)

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Node. JS Developerfor a contract assignment with one of our premier Research and Advisory clients in Stamford, CT. Open to 100% remote workers in the US if willing to work EST shift Responsibilities :

• Develop a web-based application using Node.js, JavaScript and Typescript
• Unit test and address defects
• Participate in code review and make improvements based on feedback
• Follow development process as set forth by Technical Lead
• Collaborate with team members on architecture and design
• Participate in meetings as requested
• Communicate roadblocks on a timely basis
• Provide knowledge transfer as requested

• 5-7 years of experience in Nodejs, JavaScript, Typescript
• PLSQL knowledge
• Cloud service knowledge (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of development methodologies, standards and object-oriented design patterns
• GraphQL
• ORM ( Sequelize)
• Serverless architecture
