Description We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in Waterford, Connecticut area. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and involves various administrative tasks, customer service duties, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Performing data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Assisting with administrative duties, including filing, copying, and organizing files, to ensure smooth office operations. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment. Ordering office and medical supplies as needed, maintaining an adequate stock level for the office. Acting as a liaison between the office and other locations, ensuring effective communication and cooperation. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks efficiently and accurately.
