Description We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Assistant to join our clients' growing organization. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our team with administrative duties.Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support - including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
Assist in preparation of data reports, briefing materials, and presentations.
Maintain office supply inventory and anticipate supply needs.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Support in contract administration tasks which may include reviewing and processing contracts.
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and route calls appropriately.
Greet and assist visitors to the office ensuring high professionalism and politeness.
Attend to any additional tasks as assigned by the office manager or other senior management staff members.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role.
Experience in handling administrative duties in a corporate setup.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Solid time management skills with the ability to juggle various open cases and projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Contract administration experience will be a plus.
