Operation/Compliance Manager Needed

OPERATION/COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Has an opening for a Compliance Manger to provide management, supervision, and support to the Day to Day Operations:

Must have training with D.O.T

Compliance Systems

Must have CDL Class A Driver’s

License.

Minimum of 1 years of transportation

management experience.

Expert knowledge of TECHNOLOGY &

SOFTWARE'S

Positive communications Skills

Strong leadership, and organization

skills

REPSONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Manage and provide Leadership to

the day-to-day operations, as they

relate to the Amazon Freight Partner

Program

Correspond and flow up with trainers

about the transition of newly hired

drivers

Coordinate ongoing skills and safety

training as it relates to

NETRADYNE SAFETY SCORE AND

AMAZON PERFORMANCE SCORE

Ensure fleet compliance with all

applicable Department of

Transportation, Federal, State and

Local Regulations.

ELECTRONIC LOG

BOOKS/DOCUMENTS/MAINTENANCE/

INSPECTIONS & FMCSA

CLEARINGHOUSE ETC.

Fully investigate and follow up on

accidents, incidents and injuries

Travel to AFP PARKING FACILITY from

office to trucks if needed

Communicate and Work with the

management Team to help build and

maintain a high level of performance

and safety as expected in our Amazon

Freight Partner Program
