Part-time grounds keeper/maintenance Person

We require a part-time grounds-keeper/maintenance person for a good sized property just outside of Willimantic. All equipment needed for any duty will be provided. Schedule is flexible and may be set by applicant discussions with owner.

Duties may be as follows but not limited to; Lawn mowing, edge trimming, wood cutting and splitting/stacking, weeding gardens, mulching and hedge trimming, leaf removal, veggie garden tilling. Maintenance duties include minor repairs, and heavy lifting for owner. This job will have a little down-time in winter but is considered year-round. This is a perfect opportunity for an able-bodied retiree with some life experience, or a younger soul who is willing to leave the phone at the door!
