Quality Assurance - Precision LM Software (Mortgage Loan)

Locations: Windsor, CT | Kansas City, MO Hybrid

Get To Know The Team:

Assist in maintaining a desired level of consistent quality in the mortgage loan products by performing user acceptance testing to verify required functionality and customer expectations. It is also responsible for testing individual issue fixes or product enhancements as needed. Requires an analytical thought process, strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills and good communication skills

What You Will Get To Do:

Perform functionality regression test of the product prior to the release to the client.
Identify functionality issues, analyze and document those issues, and provide possible solutions
Communicate findings to the development team, both written and verbal.
Assist the client service team in the support of the product.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the product and deliver better value to the customer
Contribute to other ad hoc inquiries and assist on internal projects .

What You Will Bring:

Experience in the commercial mortgage loan and/or agency loan administration; or equivalent work experience in the loan accounting and servicing industry.
Experience in system testing.
Strong accounting or mathematical skills a plus Familiar with SQL a plus.
Ability to remain highly organized in a deadline driven environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.
Thorough and comprehensive documentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills .
Self-starter and ability to work independently to meet deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
