Principal Scientist – Pharmaceutical Research and Development

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Principal Scientist with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to drive data-driven research and development across key therapeutic areas. This role will partner with multidisciplinary scientific teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions that accelerate drug discovery and development.Duties & Responsibilities:Support dataset generation, evaluate algorithms, optimize model parameters, and develop AI models for image analysis and other drug development applications.Collaborate with internal scientists to identify and advance AI/ML applications across multiple scientific disciplines and therapeutic areas.Develop automated data analysis workflows and processes related to pharmaceutical development.Interpret data and communicate results through publications, presentations, and internal reports.
