Duties: Assist Voya with developing Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, including processing an engineering design, high-level MDM architecture requirements. Responsible for developing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies including processing engineering designs, high-level MDM architecture requirements, and implementation. Collaborate with architects to engineer, design, and deploy the system to meet business needs. Design, develop, and debug ETL routines. Create MDM hub configurations, data quality services, and workflow solutions. Responsible for production incidents, including triaging technical, data, and functional assignments and resolutions. Work closely with data ingestion, data analytics, and other application teams to resolve cross functional, technical, and data issues. Apply knowledge of designing and developing to all aspects of MDM solutions. Define standardization rules, match and merg rules, configure thresholds, as well as events and integration of data to and from the MDM solutions. Work with MDM domains Party, Product, arrangements and data models, and tools such as TIBCO EBX, Orchestra Networks and Informatica MDM, REST API, and web services. Work with integration middleware MuleSoft, Hadoop, Data Profiling, Data Quality, hierarchy management, data enrichment with external sources, workflow development and management.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working as a Software Developer, or related field.Experience must include: Designing and developing all aspects of MDM solutions and working with MDM domains, including Party, Product, Arrangements, and related data models; Performing all aspects of MDM implementation, including Data Profiling, Data Quality, hierarchy management, data enrichment with external sources, workflow development and management; Working with TIBCO EBX, Orchestra Networks and Informatica MDM; Migrating applications from in-premise to cloud Azur.Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
