Product Manager, Emerging Products Job Overview The Product Manager, Emerging Products will lead the rapid development, release, and iteration of products to meet emerging market needs. Using the Change Healthcare platform, the Product Manager with work with business leaders to define product needs, with engineering and architects to develop the product, and sales and marketing to bring the product to market. The Product Manager will initially be responsible for the Virtual Care Enablement and Digital Vaccination Record products.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life.

Functions as a central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle.

Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products.

Formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control.

Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Minimum of 5 years of Healthcare Product experience

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred

What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?Must have at least 5 years of experience working in an operating healthcare environment with interaction/knowledge of the patient experience, patient and provider workflows, administrative workflows.

Must have demonstrated rapid prototyping and product development skills.

Knowledge of healthcare technologies including EHRs, PMS, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Communication, and administrative systems.

Up to 10% travel may be required
