Our Fortune 500 communications client is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from end to end.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Manage project life cycle, from definition through implementation
Develop project plan and drive project execution according to schedule
Establish effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
Ensure effective change management throughout course of project
Prepare project related documentation, status reports, and budgets

Requirements of the Project Manager:

At least 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on custom software development initiatives
Experience working on digital projects is a must
Experience with various PM methodologies
Experience supporting technical and non-technical initiatives
Strategic thought leader with an ownership mindset
Ability to gain clarity on ambiguous assignments
Strong coaching, interpersonal skills
MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
