RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Farmington, CT that is looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a remote contract basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Project Manager will ensure effective communications and relationships between Customers, Business Partners, Stakeholders (Including vendor) and Project Team members are maintained at all times Runs project meetings, sets agenda, reviews action items and hold with team members accountable to ensure project deliverables are being met Manage day to day project implementation interactions with project team members, key stakeholders, and vendors Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and completion of the project As a Project Manager, you will lead change management activities - including identifying and managing anticipated resistance as well as supporting communication efforts regarding training and management of change Major Implementations (8 - 10 months in duration, > 40-50 countries, > 50k employees/users, > 50 integrations (e.g., data feeds; Both internal and external)REQUIREMENTS: 7-8 years of project management experience Experienced in Vendor Management Understanding and experience with US Benefits and/or Leave harmonization Business analyst or technical experience with HR benefits/leave administration HR Systems: Workday US Vendors: MetLife, Alight, ADP EV5 Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including project management, HR, payroll, and technical teams Excellent written and verbal skills - ability to effectively communicate progress, status and escalate issues to various audiences including vendors and senior leadersKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
