Role: Project Manager Location: Bloomfield, CT, USA Duration: 12 + months Responsibilities Rate: $75 - 80/hr Looking for an exceptional Project Manager. This individual will offer strong project management, product and technical skills. Candidates will have experience working across teams/departments to effectively manage the digital analytics roadmap. Core areas of focus are prioritization, capability and roadmap management, identifying dependencies across teams, working hand-in-hand with the product teams and becoming intimately involved in the understanding Digital goals and priorities to help develop the Digital Analytics roadmap. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the digital analytics roadmap for web and mobile and work across the product, digital insight and data teams to ensure the successful identification, decomposition, prioritization and delivery of all work across the team. Collaboration, communications, and the ability to create awesome presentations is an absolute must-have-ability. We also are looking for an individual that has experienced digital product.
• Collaborate with a program management team on intake process and prioritization management
• Manage digital analytics roadmap and ensure project priorities are clear for all key stakeholders
• Ensure that projects are launched according to published schedule and proactively communicate appropriately any changes.
• Understand scope changes to ensure projects can be delivered according to the expected timeframe or mitigate risk/ issues and manage expectations with the delivery timeline.
• Ensure projects impacts are communicated with various stakeholders and team members to ensure trainings or sales artifacts are completed and circulated timely. Desired Skills and Experience
• 5+ years' of relevant experience in the following disciplines digital project management, analytics project management,
• Experience with Agile development methodologies & tools
• Entrepreneurial spirit + the ability to deliver and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver
• Excellent written, verbal, and PPT communications skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
• Experience with software tracking tools, such as Rally, Jira, etc. Preferred Skills
• Familiar with SQL
• Six Sigma Certification
• PMP Certification
