Days: Other (Tuesday-Sunday in summer and Tuesday -Saturday in winter)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation: $125,000 to $135,000 per Year

Additional Benefits: Full medical, dental benefits. Plus a pickup truck for transportation.

A Milford, CT based family is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full time Property Caretaker. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, completes tasks in a timely manner, and ensures that the property remains clean, functional, and well-maintained. They are looking for someone who is young, active and experienced. There are 3 homes located on property totaling 15,000sf.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Maintenance of beachfront residences.

Inspect the property regularly and perform minor repairs as needed.

Maintain and care for property features, including gutter spouts, stone walkways, and other outdoor areas.

Remove debris such as leaves and sticks to ensure the property is tidy.

Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of all outdoor spaces.

Perform seasonal tasks, such as additional leaf or snow removal as needed.

Cover and uncover outdoor furniture as required.

Clean up debris following storms, including trash, dead tree branches, and miscellaneous items.

All applying candidates must possess the following traits:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, property maintenance, or similar roles preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Basic knowledge of outdoor cleaning tools and equipment, such as leaf blowers and pressure washers.

Physical capability to lift, bend, rake, sweep, and perform other outdoor maintenance duties.

Flexibility to handle seasonal and weather-related tasks.
