Connecticut’s home improvement industry.

Job Type: Part-time, with the potential for full-time hours after 6 months if training

objectives are met

Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus $5 for every appointment you set

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

sales, and the home improvement industry. This is a client-facing position; therefore, the

ideal candidate would be a naturally outgoing, energetic, confident communicator.

Requirements:

 Driver’s license and clean driving history; own vehicle strongly preferred

 Smart phone with GPS

 Afternoon and evening availability at least 3 days per week

 Must be able to commute to our Milford, CT office as well as to various locations around

CT

 Must be able to work both independently and as part of a pair or small team

Responsibilities:

 Get potential customers excited about the way fresh paint will make their home look and

feel more beautiful and inviting

 Conduct prospecting activities in various neighborhoods in Connecticut, based on cold

and warm leads provided by management

 Utilize communication skills to set estimate appointments and foster strong customer

relationships

 Demonstrate accountability by maintaining accurate, daily time and activity reports
