Job Type: Part-time, with the potential for full-time hours after 6 months if training
objectives are met
Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus $5 for every appointment you set
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

ideal candidate would be a naturally outgoing, energetic, confident communicator.
Requirements:
Driver’s license and clean driving history; own vehicle strongly preferred
Smart phone with GPS
Afternoon and evening availability at least 3 days per week
Must be able to commute to our Milford, CT office as well as to various locations around
CT
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a pair or small team
Responsibilities:
Get potential customers excited about the way fresh paint will make their home look and
feel more beautiful and inviting
Conduct prospecting activities in various neighborhoods in Connecticut, based on cold
and warm leads provided by management
Utilize communication skills to set estimate appointments and foster strong customer
relationships
Demonstrate accountability by maintaining accurate, daily time and activity reports
