Quality Inspector for 70 Year Coating Company

As a Quality Inspector you would be responsible for the following:

-Helping Quality Manager in implementing ISO 9001:2015 quality system standard

-Inspect parts to general finishing blueprint drawings and Job process sheets

-Check incoming material against Purchase Orders

-Visual inspection on incoming customer materials, able to spot defects such as contamination, corrosion, grease and any

physical damage on raw material "as received"

-Have knowledge of or learn to use specific measuring devices to monitor coating thicknesses and generate reports/control

charts for specific customer requirements

-Ensure that Total Preventative Maintenance is followed by machine operators and department heads

-Monitor and observe operations to ensure that they are meeting production standards and recommends adjustments to the process as per Lean Manufacturing.
