If so, then this Recruiting Operations Specialist role is for you.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONSpectrum’s recruiters depend on the Talent Attraction and Acquisition’s Operations Center of Excellence to define recruiting processes and to make our TA tech stack work for them. Our Recruiting Operations Specialists are on the front line, providing immediate support and troubleshooting to recruiters using our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). You will:
Review tickets submitted by recruiters, comparing the information in the ATS to clarify the recruiter’s true need. Apply knowledge of the ATS to: determine the cause of the issue, take action to resolve the issue, or communicate the issue to our technology partners.
Monitor ATS dashboard reports to identify candidates and/or requisitions that require intervention to ensure proper processing.
Monitor requisition activity and system audit logs to identify compliance issues, escalating as appropriate.
Compile scorecard data (e.g., compliance, tool usage) in Excel.
Document internal team processes to build reference library.
Develop recruiter-facing job aids to support compliant and efficient usage of the recruiting systems.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years experience in talent acquisition
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Skills: Ability to build strong relationships while driving results; ability to analyze and interpret data; analytical mindset; data manipulation capabilities including reporting; knowledge of talent acquisition and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of, and experience working in iCIMS ATS
Intermediate level skills in MS Excel
