Registered Nurse

Actively searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and document withdrawal symptoms.

Communicate medical/psychiatric concerns to the treatment team.

Gather patient history and manage lab data.

Provide follow-up instructions and perform telephone triage.

Serve as a liaison among patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate records and manage inventory.

Conduct quality assurance tasks and assist in staff training.

Required Skills:

Case management

Medical triage

Epic (EMR)

RN license

Discharge planning

Utilization management

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Active CT RN or LPN license required.

Experience with medical and psychiatric populations.

One year in substance abuse treatment or behavioral health preferred.

Proficient in EMR and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
