We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Automotive Accessories Sales
Representative to join our team. As a leading provider of automotive accessory upgrades, our
ideal candidate is excited to sell everything from custom leather interiors and heated seats to
truck accessories, commercial van upfits, safety electronics, car audio, and more.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:Offer personalized consultations in our showroom to help
customers select the best products for their vehicles—whether a sound system or a
work-ready van package.
Product Knowledge:Stay current on trends across multiple categories, including car
audio, Katzkin leather interiors, LED lighting, safety systems (like blind spot detection),
remote starters, ladder racks, and shelving.
Sales Performance:Drive revenue through effective communication, upselling
complementary products, and building long-term customer relationships.
Showroom Demonstrations:Guide customers through interactive product displays
and explain features, functions, and benefits.
Project Coordination:Work closely with the installation team to ensure accurate
product selection and smooth customer handoffs.
After-Sales Support:Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and build repeat
business through exceptional service and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
Automotive Enthusiast:Passionate about vehicle upgrades and creating personalized
solutions for customers.
Sales Experience:Strong ability to meet or exceed retail sales goals.
Automotive Product Knowledge:Comfortable selling across a wide range of
automotive accessories.
