job detailsWe are looking for a Sales Support to support a team of CSR/Account Managers. Ideal candidates will have a focus in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success. This is a permanent opportunity that is paying up to 55-65k. Report customer feedback to management.

Work with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Increases orders by suggesting related items, up-selling, explaining features and checking customer’s buying history.

Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders.

Assists Sales team members in managing open quotes.

Maintains ERP backorder report.

Updates the CRM data base with prospecting information.

Communicates to the Purchasing department as needed.
