Seeking personal trainer for cognitively disabled brothers in Mystic

Join a Caring Team!

We’re a family in Mystic comprised of a younger sister caring for two kind, charming disabled brothers in their 60s who need cardio exercise to keep their cognitive disabilities at bay.

This would constitue intense interval training ideally - getting heart rates high and back down intermittently through jogging, biking, calethenics in our peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We also have a treadmill and infrared sauna to use at home.

Seeking someone with a positive cando attitude to help us get the job done once or twice or three times a week!
