Senior UX Designer

Description:6+ months. Remote.

Responsibilities:

Take part in user testing and persona development
Contribute to product ideation sessions
Champion the design workflow and approval process while adhering to style standards
Develop a range of deliverables including wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
Maintain a shared component library within the design tool
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross functional teammates to understand product requirements and define design opportunities
Present and ‘sell’ your designs to various stakeholders
Mentor and support fellow designers

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer
Figma experience
Experience with application development/application UI.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience building dashboards inside an application a plus
Startup experience a plus
Experience using GitLab a plus
SaaS experience a plus
Practical Agile experience a plus
