Server Glastonbury CT (2 + Y On Exp. Req)

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our team. this dual-role position involves preparing and serving drinks at the bar as well as providing table service in the dining area. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Serving Duties:

Greet and seat guest in a friendly manner.

Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Deliver food and beverages to guests prompltly.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist guests with selections.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender and/or server preferred.

Knowledge of drink recipes and food safety regulations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to stand for extended period and lift up to 25 lbs.

Work environment:

Fast-paced restaurant/bar setting, evenings and weekends required.
