Here are the job details Position: ServiceNow Architect Location: Hartford, CT (Initially Remote) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Develop reference architectures and best practice for Service Now solutions Provide consulting, design and deployment services for enterprise ITSM tool implementation and integration with different Infra, cloud and App management solutions ITIL certified and well versed with ITSM process implementation Design and Deploy different Service Now solutions involving ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/SecOps modules of ServiceNow Extensive experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, Angular JS. well versed with ServiceNow scripting Implementation of Orchestration use cases in production environment using ServiceNow Orchestration modules Migrate ITSM services from existing ITSM Platform to ServiceNow and ensure best benefits of ServiceNow are drawn for the customer adopting it Provide design guidance / POC for technology integration and adoption with ServiceNow Drive cross-functional / technology collaboration to give customers a seamless experience Participate in RFP proposal, proposal defense to clients Neeraj Nagar (He/Him) Associate Manager - Client Services, Droisys +1(O)(D) | | LinkedIn
