Job Description:

Pay Range: $57hr - $63hr

Responsibilities:
  • Working on Configurations and customizations to modules.
  • Field content & data population.
  • Tool configuration.
  • Functional and performance testing.
  • Ongoing user support.
  • Onboarding of new teams and users.
  • Moving development work, code fixes, new work from one environment to another.
  • Performing weekly releases.
  • Responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and delivering solutions for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best practice advice on how to enhance the ServiceNow implementation.
  • Establishes and manages system integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced java scripting of each.
  • Researches and applies available ServiceNow hotfixes, patches and upgrades while ensuring configurations and customization's function as expected.
  • Manage incidents/problems related to the ServiceNow platforDevelops and manages service portal and catalog items.
  • Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards.
  • Ensures that service requests for new users, reports and other requests related to ServiceNow work are prioritized and completed.
  • Develops business rule workflow customization's in ServiceNow.
  • Identifies, analyzes and resolves data and system issues of intermediate complexity.
  • Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations and custom application development.
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
  • Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
  • Obtain and analyse/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Answer technical and application configuration questions.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
  • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation., Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Create technical implementation requirements.
  • Work with support team to ensure documented technical process and procedures follow ServiceNOW best practice guidance and are in alignment with standards
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNOW and its applications
  • Provide on-call 24/7 Incident Response as required.
  • Develops, validates and executes comprehensive test plans.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience administering other systems, creating and maintain process documents.
  • Fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5-6 years with developing in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Service Portal and custom integrations.
