Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing parts shipments. The ideal candidate has experience in a warehouse or distribution setting and takes pride in ensuring parts are correctly received, stocked, and shipped to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of parts against packing slips or invoices

Accurately record incoming shipments in inventory management system

Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipment according to company and customer requirements

Maintain organized storage of parts and supplies

Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the shipping/receiving area

Support other warehouse or logistics functions as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (automotive or industrial parts experience preferred)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:

$20.00 - 25.00 per hour
