Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you should demonstrate skill in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high pressure environment, and possess good communication skills. You should have experience in software development life cycle (SDLC), be able to keep up-to-date with deadlines, and have good analytical skills. You will be required to work independently and also collaborate with peers on the team. Responsibilities:

• Performing coding assignments based on the requirements of the user story. This includes writing code, writing unit test, updating or creating document enation
• Ability to complete assignment independently & ability to collaborate with team members
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
• Quickly pickup new languages and learn new skills
• Work with Product Owner and Team leader to translate User Stories into code
• Work across team and departments

• 5+ Plus years of experience
• Degree in information technology, computer science, or related
• Knowledge of software development and its technologies
• Experience with Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and SQL
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with Rest APIs
• Experience with Groovy
• Experience with Source Code Repositories
• Solid experience in coding
• Good database concepts
• Experience with software development design patterns
• Sold experience with SDLC
• Knowledge of HTML and web frameworks like JS React
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Experience working in a distributed scrum team (2 or 3 week sprints, agile team)
• Plus: PowerBI experience
