Interview - 2 MS Teams Interviews JD We seek a Sr. Kronos Integration Specialist - Advanced Scheduling for our client to map, configure and test; Workforce Integration Manager software for ETL and third-party systems integration. Key Skills : UKG WFM (Work Force Management) , Kronos Workforce Central, Payroll, LMS, Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Support Troubleshooting & resolution support; UKG / Kronos Workforce Central (newer product: Dimensions) Job Description Must have Healthcare Industry Experience. Advanced scheduling knowledge is the key and 3-5 years of Kronos experience, Kronos Advanced Scheduling a must have, along with LMS and Payroll. Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Senior Kronos workforce central integration specialist to help map, build and maintain the workforce management platform. Job Duties Operations & New Enhancements; immediate support to team, understanding system integrations, stakeholder and team relationships quickly. Team is also transitioning to Legions WFM and this resource will have opportunity to ramp up on a fairly new cutting edge platform Job Responsibilities and required skills
- 7+ years of experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of Products
- Architect the data flow from in an out of Kronos integrating with other applications.
- Designs, develop and map new software and configurations by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, diagrams and studying system capabilities;
- Modify existing WIM interface software to correct errors and improve the performance;
- Develop Custom SQL scripts and Stored Procedures to integrate with external applications like BI and Retail Next applications;
- Involve in code reviews, SQL query enhancements, code enhancements, performance tuning and troubleshoot problems and complex issues;
- Develop, modify, maintain and support Kronos WIM interfaces for both ad hoc and ongoing needs
- Develop and test custom WIM software for business and operations users to generate reports;
- Integrate Kronos with external applications using Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Interface designer, API and SQL;
- Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, specifications and implementation documents;
- Maintain project documentation and Knowledge base articles on confluence;
- Plan, track and manage software development using Jira, communicate progress and work using the Agile Methodology.
