And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary:This Sr Manager Informatics role has primary responsibility to leverage CVS technology and health information data set-up to ensure the integrity of Grievance and Appeals (G&A) reporting and outcomes by designing, implementing, and maintaining CVS health information systems, enterprise healthcare data categorizations, and utilizing technology to support the integrity of CVS Health reporting. This role applies expertise in healthcare and information technology to ensure G&A reporting is available to stakeholders as per their requirement and in a timely fashion.Job Responsibilities

G&A primary report developer for SAP Business Objects operational reporting through the SAP WEB Intelligence (WEBI) application.

Familiar with that data environment.

In addition to Grievance and Appeal specific reporting, supporting some ad-hoc reporting for some Claim and Customer Service requests that came into the STARS Reporting ad-hoc team.

Lead SAP WEBI Universe Admin.

WEBI Report developer - primarily focuses on creating and designing reports within the Web Intelligence (WEBI) tool using existing universes. WEBI Universe Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining the underlying data structures (universes) that feed information to the reports, including defining data relationships, filters, and security access.

Works as primary SME to upgrade current version of SAP Business Objects

Be conversant with Tableau development activity.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power BI suite of products.

Perform analysis, testing and POC for any new technology and tools that can be used for CGA reporting. (i.e., Tableau, SAP BI 4.3 etc.)

Identify potential improvements and automation opportunities in various reporting workflows.

Required Qualifications

SAP WEBI developer with at least 3 years hands on experience

3 years on Databases: Oracle, MS SQL

Background in IT Program management, budget management and execution

Understanding of software development methodologies including agile methodologies.

4+ years overall technology delivery management experience with cross-functional teams of large complex IT product/software

Proficient in Project Management tracking tools, (Project, Rally, Jira) as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Strong communicator both verbal and written with the ability to influence across all functions and at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of software development methodologies

Experience with business requirement gathering

Project Management experience delivering IT projects that have scope requiring deployment of IT Infrastructure solutions, including cloud technology

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
