We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is interested in working with a cross departmental team to help buildworld class products, services and applications using current and emerging technologies. As a Senior Product Manageryou will be responsibility will be focused on voice recording product line. You will be responsible for lifecyclemanagement of new and existing Voicer Recording products and services for both Hosted services and on-premisesolutions. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and developers directly to gatherrequirements, define product strategy, execute, launch and drive adoption of your products. You have extensiveexperience in partner/vendor management and be required to manage and lead relationships with our key voicerecording product and services partners and have demonstrated an ability to manage those relationships. You will workwith a great group of talented engineers and fellow product managers and will have the opportunity to interact with andinfluence cross-functional teams within . You should have a strong understanding of voice recording productsincluding Cloud-based VR services for Unified Communications as a Service solutions. The candidate will have a strongbackground in Product Management and knowledge of the voice recording and Unified Communications markets.Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop technology-driven strategies, business cases and product plans for new products and servicesfor voice recording and compliance solutionso Direct interaction with customer base and industry analysts for requirements gathering and market trendawareness as well as evangelization of solutions.o Identify product features and functionality related to customer requirements and fully documentrequirements including customer experience.o Research and respond to industry trends within financial services, specifically voice recording andcompliance trends and requirements associated with financial trading floors and associated back officesupport staff• Manage Product Lifecycle of Voice Recording Productso Develop and launch new products and services that will position the company as a premier technologysolutions provider in the financial industry.o Drive initiatives to bolster the value proposition of day 2 services including support of existingproduct portfolioo Define market requirements for feature, functionality and customer experience including marketvalidationo Engage with cross-functional teams and voice recording partners to develop, test and launch newfeatures and productso Manage the Voice Recording product portfolio as a P&L ownero Manage lifecycle strategies associated with your product portfolioo Identify and measure key performance metrics and drive the vision set forth by the VP of productmanagemento Develop and implement go-to market strategies that will ensure forecasted product revenues andmargins are achievedo Develop sales and marketing collateral in conjunction with the marketing team to enable sales• Work with I in the voice recording and voice recording services marketo Work with development and product partners to launch new products relevant to voice recordingand compliance for customer baseo Lead the migration from traditional on-premise CAPEX based type sales to support voice recordingand compliance products on a subscription basisSuperior Performance Requirements: Key elements to be successful in this positiono Achieve product revenue and contribution margin targetso Develop, implement and launch new bundle/services based on existing product featureso Develop compelling sales and marketing collateral in conjunction with the marketing teamo Track financial performance of the product portfolio and market share and develop strategies and tactics tocontinuously improve.
