Sr Project Manager

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of projects from order placement to delivery/execution. May participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. May coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for project/program activities, leading project/program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities · Drive on-time execution of Inncom’s project and product deliveries · Maintain a strong Management Operating System within and across functional teams · Summarize key issues & actions and escalate roadblocks quickly · Support the sales forecast · Mentor members of team YOU MUST HAVE · 5+ years’ experience with project management/delivery in a technically oriented field · Bachelor’s degree WE VALUE · Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills · Has authority, is accountable for project execution · Lead cross-functional collaboration and foster open communication · Provide guidance & coaching to peers and team members · BA/BS/Master’s degree in engineering or business Compensation & Benefits: Non-Incentive Eligible Salary Range: $147,000-221,000K For benefits information please visit https://careers.honeywell.com/us/en/honeywell-benefits.
