You’ll help us create and deliver insights that advance our “patients first” culture and competitive position in the market. The team serves as the company’s analytic center of excellence, translating data into high-value, actionable insights for senior leadership and business partners.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience analyzing large-scale data sets and has demonstrated examples of translating data analyses into insights that drive transformational business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated analysts and partner with business stakeholders to evaluate market and clinical questions, design and implement analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights relating to clinical outcomes, market transformations, customer acquisition and retention, marketing efficacy and other related topics.Responsibilities:

Strategic Intelligence: Leverage data analysis to provide senior leadership with strategic and tactical insights on business opportunities and market dynamics to inform data-driven decision making and drive organizational growth, innovation, and flexibility.

Proactive Problem Solving: Apply advanced analytical techniques multi-factor analyses combining data from multiple sources to anticipate challenges and opportunities within the cardiology landscape. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large-scale healthcare datasets, including HER/EMR and claims data.

Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Design, implement, and validate predictive and forecast models around market dynamics, performance metrics, patient outcomes, and scenario building to guide strategic planning initiatives, properly allocate resources, optimize innovation efforts, and enable proactive data-driven decision-making.

International Market Modeling: Conduct comprehensive analysis of international healthcare markets, including assessment of market size, growth potential, key drivers, and inhibitors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships and leverage collaborative and comprehensive problem-solving techniques.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, driving consensus and facilitating informed decision-making across the company.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data science and healthcare informatics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, speed, and impact.

Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise to foster a team culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Inspire and lead by example, demonstrating commitment and initiative in all aspects of your work.

Data Governance and Compliance: Adhere to data governance principles, best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance requirements to maintain data integrity, privacy, and security.

QualificationsRequirements:

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Epidemiology, Data Science, Biostatistics/Statistics, Public Health, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related analytic field.

5 years of work experience in intelligence analysis, data analytics, data science, economic analysis, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics and market access, or a related field.

Proven experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, and forecasting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with complex, messy, and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)

o Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik.) a plus

Real world data experience preferred (EMR/EHR, medical claims, pharmaceutical, etc.); experience with international healthcare data a plus

Deep understanding of the global healthcare industry, including market sizing and dynamics, regulatory environments, barriers to entry, and reimbursement systems.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in a global, cross-functional, and multi-cultural setting; excellent presentation skills.

Experience with advanced analytic techniques and methodologies (e.g., regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, customer segmentation, multi-variate analysis, analysis of competing hypothesis, social network/link analysis, market analysis, data validation, threat and risk analysis, multi-source confidence and corroboration)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.§ Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.§ Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).§ This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.§ Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
