Structures - Rail Project Engineer

We are seeking a Structures–Rail Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of rail and transit infrastructure projects in Connecticut.The Impact You'll MakeLead and support structural design for rail-related infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, retaining structures, and station elementsPrepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and reportsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams (track, civil, electrical, geotechnical) to ensure integrated project deliveryPerform structural analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., SAP2000, STAAD, LARSA, or similar)Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (AREMA, AASHTO, ASTM, local/state requirements)Support project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and client communicationConduct site visits, inspections, and condition assessments as neededMentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
