Draft topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.

Research land records.

Coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Essential Skills

1+ years of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Experience drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts.

Proficiency in Civil 3D.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in survey drafting.

Work EnvironmentThis is an 8-person firm where the position is spent mostly in the field with some work on the computer in the office. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed. The role involves working alongside the survey manager on various job sites throughout Connecticut, and occasionally in New York. Job sites could include construction sites or wooded areas and require physical activity.
