Key Responsibilities (After Training):

Prepare and accurately file Federal and State (CT) income tax returns (Individual focus).

Conduct friendly and professional client interviews to gather financial documents.

Absolute Requirements:

Strong Proficiency in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, email, file management, and quick learning of new software).

Exceptional Attention to Detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.

Ability to successfully complete our required training and pass necessary certification exams (we help with this!).

Must be able to obtain an IRS PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number).
