• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
• You should have strong experience in SQL Server, Windows OS, Systems integration, Application configuration setup, IIS server setup and configuration, Application/system error debugging via logs, IT documentation review, postman, JSON, error monitoring, production deployments
• You should have ability to learn quickly, logical approach to problem solving, excellent analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong experience in Implement, configure and test feasible solutions
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
