Description Job Overview:Our Fortune 500 client, a global Marketing firm, is looking for a Travel Manager to join the global team and will support the planning and execution of the internal Travel Program. To be successful, you should have a working knowledge of travel management processes, strong proficiency in data analytics, and project management skills with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:· Support the Director, Corporate Travel North America in program management and special projects in coordination with company's designated Travel Management Company· Support on the design and delivery of the communication program to maintain high levels of compliance to the travel program· Support global team with various aspects of supplier management (airlines, hotels, car, rail, TMC) inclusive of spend analysis and savings tracking· Analyze complex data to identify trends and make recommendations· Compose compliance reporting and benchmarking· Point person for travel payment program operations· Act as a point of contact for group operating companies in both operational issues and to support high levels of compliance to the Travel Program.If interested, please email your resume directly to anthony.riccio@roberthalf(.com)Requirements Key Skills and Qualifications:· 3-5 years professional experience in travel industry and/or sourcing/procurement preferrable· Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external parties· Strong technical skills and interest in emerging technologies.
